Food Service Worker I will have 1-2 years in Food Service; regular direction in completing tasks; general food prep, cleaning and service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Cascades the vision of Quest Food Management Services ensuring the Quest vision, values and founding principles are effectively communicated, understood and practiced.
Demonstrates commitment to Quest vision, values and missions through actions on a daily basis.
Set up deli bar after slicing meats and cheeses Prep pizzas for the day set up the station and serve Prep salad bar, set up salad bar, maintain and replenish through meal periods Set up and maintain the sweet station with cookies, cakes, fruit parfaits, milk shakes, smoothies.
Cut fresh fruits Maintain accurate temperature logs Food safety/sanitation practices Job Requirements/Specifications Education and
Experience:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Required:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience Minimum of 1 year experience in a cash handling position Ability to perform simple arithmetic as well as to understand measurements and conversions Responsible for meeting and maintaining state and local certification requirements (Food Handler certification) Preferred:
Previous experience in the food service industry working in schools / higher education Mon - Fri 9am - 1pm.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
