Responsibilities:
Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer Manage and hire technicians and service advisors Interview and make new hires Prioritize required services Manage Warranty Admin and ensure all OEM claims are handled properly Determine necessary loaner fleet requirements Spend quality time building relationships with the customers Spearhead marketing Ensure all text and communication platforms are utilized to the fullest DealerTrack experience Ability to manage a service BDC team to drive additional traffic Requirements:
Technical automotive knowledge Demonstrated ability to manage others Organized and friendly personality 5 years experience in a management position Dealertrack exp preferred Job Type:

$110,000.
