We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Director of Training.
You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional training to our franchisees.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Implement a comprehensive franchise training system Collaborate with department heads to manage and update training material and operation manuals Orchestrate training schedule with franchisee Conducting training sessions and deliver training material, both in-person and virtually Analyze and assess training material and provide regular reports and updates on training progress and impact of training Requirements:
High school diploma Several years of progressive experience in training and development, with a proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in technology Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point) a must.
Ability to work with minimal supervision Excellent organization skills Ability to travel when needed.
