JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a Practice Manager to join our team in the Greater Chicago area.
The Practice Manager plays an integral role in our clinics, overseeing the smooth functioning of our 3 offices in Northbrook, Oak Brook, and Orland Park.
This position serves as the main point of contact for our office staff and is responsible for ensuring a positive and inviting atmosphere for our patients and team alike, facilitating the excellent service our clinic is known for.

11 paid holidays Supportive and positive culture Growth Potential ESSENTIAL DUTIES Oversee all aspects of office operations across multiple locations, including provider and office manager scheduling, inventory management, and general office management tasks like budgeting.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide weekly feedback, and facilitate weekly team huddles for all locations and office team members.
Hold staff accountable to established metrics and performance standards.
Handle interviewing and hiring process in tandem with human resources.
Oversee activities in partnership with human resources around recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Generate and submit regular performance reports while meeting all set deadlines.
Coordinate and support celebratory weeks and larger events to boost team morale and patient engagement.
Oversee image exporting process and ensure adherence to established protocols.
Evaluate training processes, assess new trainees, and conduct their 90-day review.
Manage disciplinary actions as required, always adhering to company policy and procedural fairness.
Report to the Operations Director, providing regular updates and assessments of office performance.
Travel between Northbrook, Oak Brook, and Orland Park locations.
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or relevant experience Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred Experience hospitality management, retail management, etc.
Experience overseeing multiple locations a big plus! Proven experience managing a team Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, regulations, and procedures preferred Demonstrated ability to hold staff accountable and manage performance effectively Proficient in MS Office, management systems, Microsoft Suite, and Google Suite products Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles Excellent leadership and people skills with a focus on patient service Ability to problem solve effectively and efficiently Detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written Job Type:
