We are a thriving behavioral health practice located in Orland Park, Illinois.

Primary Duties:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a friendly and welcoming environment, collect copayments - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, scheduling appointments as needed - Maintain patient records and update information in electronic medical record system - Assist with medical billing and insurance claims processing - Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in an administrative role within a medical or dental office setting - Experience using electronic medical record systems - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of medical scheduling systems and phone systems Note:
