It is the responsibility of this assistant to answer phones and schedule appointments (often coordinating multiple schedules in complex scheduling projects).
The position will include other administrative duties as well, such as keeping patient charts organized, maintaining the front office, supporting licensed therapists through clerical assistance, greeting patients and collecting payments and required paperwork.
Administrative assistants in our office are also responsible for managing some insurance processes.
This is a fast paced, positive environment that will offer fulfilling work for a candidate who loves the challenge of varying duties that require decision making as well as following set procedures.
We are looking for someone who is smart, humble, friendly and kind, who enjoys helping young families and children and contributing to a positive work environment.
Compensation range for the position is $18-21 per hour dependent on education and relevant experience.
