The Aquatics Manager is responsible for ensuring the Swim School meets all financial goals while providing the highest quality swim lessons, customer service, and facility standards.
They have working knowledge of swim lesson structure including a background knowledge of competitive swimming.
The Lesson Experience Manager Is responsible for organizing and coordinating the swim lessons and procedures with the Swim School Manager to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Reports to Swim School Manager.
Swim Program & Curriculum Ensure swim lessons are being taught using the Bear Paddle Method of teaching to the highest level Ensure teachers are up to date on their CPR certification and are recorded Ensure Bear Paddle training and all materials are up to date and used fully Ensure trainees are trained in properly by a Manager, Supervisor or Lead Teacher Ensure teachers are up to date on all aspects of Bear Paddle's Teacher training Ensure teachers are teaching swim lessons they are qualified to teach Ensure swim lessons are being taught in a safe environment Requirements:
Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation - CPR Automated External Defibrillator - AED Certified Pool Operator - CPO Lifeguard Certification - LG Experience A minimum of two years of swim teaching experience Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise a staff of at least 5 people Demonstrated ability to share skills and knowledge with others Proven ability to cope with conflict, stress, and difficult situations Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment Effective problem solving skills Demonstrated ability to carry out department management's policies and expectations Compensation:
$42,000-$48,000/year
bonus incentive plan.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
