Automotive BDC experience or customer service/telephone contact experience is preferred but not required.

Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure a satisfied experienceProvide a positive impression of the dealership to customers at all timesQualifications - BDC Service Appointment Setter:
Auto BDC, call center experience is preferred with good customer service, communication, and computer skillsMust be friendly and like talking on the phoneA positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearanceHigh school diploma or the equivalentMust pass pre-employment background check, MVR and drug screenSalary:
$19 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
