Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone call, schedule appointments and retrieve voicemails - Verify patient information and insurance coverage - Collect and process patient payments - Maintain patient records and update medical charts - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents - Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality Requirements:
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally - Proficient in computer skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Note:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
