Boombah is an eight year old US based E-Commerce Private Label Sports Apparel and Equipment Company that will be launching a bricks and mortar retail concept including the full depth and breadth of our product mix and many new lines of merchandise to the company. We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Retail Store Manager. The present position is for our store located in Orland Park, Illinois.
Our value proposition to our customer is more than just good prices. We market quality sports apparel for individuals seeking active wear and team uniforms, as well as specialized sports equipment. We are focused on brand building and educating our existing and new customers on the Boombah Culture which builds and maintains incredible customer loyalty based on our outstanding products. Responsibilities:
Manage all day-to-day operations of an individual Boombah store to achieve targeted productivity, sales, and profitability
Manage store inventory
Ensure an excellent customer experience, store image, merchandise presentation, team development, asset protection, and cost control in line with Boombah's expectations
Develop and motivate the sales team
Required
Experience:
Job Requirements
High School diplomo or equivalent. College preferred.
Two
years of apparel retail store management.
Strong business acumen with the ability to communciate with business partners at all levels
Outstanding leadership abilities
Successful track record in driving sales
Ability to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
Coaching and development skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
