Project Services Specialist

The position is the primary merchandising & service project resource in store and responsible for completing projects of varying size and complexity, in teams or working alone.
This position interacts with Serv-U Project Services Manager, Services Lead along with Store Manager and Store Reps as well as Meijer personnel at the store location.
This position may also participate in HomeStore service projects and general merchandising as needed.
The individual will be assigned to multiple stores in a geographic region.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

o Review each project, understanding expectations and personal role in executing efficientlyo Work with other team members with assigned taskso Transport products to and from the backroomo Use equipment appropriate for the task to move producto Accurately report project results, hours required, to manager or via the Serv-U Execution systemo When requested, gain "sign off" from store management, verifying successful completiono Maintain positive working relationships with store management, employees & customerso Communicate store issues to Services Specialist or Managero General Skills Required:
o Merchandize store shelving, coolers and displays with product, utilizing plan-o-grams and schematicso Possess organizational skills, prioritizing requests and activities while managing frequent interruptions and attending to details to complete tasks within deadlineso Embrace and support teamwork by listening to other's points of view, recognizing and appreciating different points of viewo Recognize and seek opportunities for improvement and continuous learning to gain better understanding and learningo Comply with operating procedures (record time in/out/in store & work performed)o Ability to operate under minimal supervisiono Use hand held store and personal devices to receive/acknowledge work to be performedo Reliable attendanceo This position will be measured and compensated based on:

Desired Education, Skills & Experienceo High School diploma or GED.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
